How long it takes to get my purchase?

Purchases with Standard shipping rate takes 5 to 7 days to fulfill.

Does TeaVoila cups make out of compostable materials?

Yes! Our cups are made with 100% natural compostable materials. They made out of plant fiber.

Are the cups reusable?

You can refill the cups 3 times with the same taste and aroma. After that you just composte the cup.

Does the tea oversteep since the tea leaves are sealed and stored at the bottom of the cups?

Our plant-based filters have sealing technology at the bottom of the cup so bitter tea is a thing of the past! Simply add more hot water when you almost reach the bottom of the cup.

How to brew?

Using TeaVoila is simple.

Just add ¼ cup of hot water, swirl the cup gently, then top the cup with hot water and enjoy.

How many cups come in the pack?

We have 12 cups in each pack that you can refill each cups 3 times, So it will be 36 brewing.

Are the cups industrial composting or home?

For industrial composting,it will be quick and takes about 3 months,But for home composting, you need to add fermented bacteria,leaves..and it will takes about a year.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
